What you are going to do
As an HR Project Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting various HR projects. Concurrently, you will be responsible for the coordination and follow-up of the annual engagement survey. In this role, as HR Project Manager, you are responsible for:
Supporting portfolio management and various projects on the HR roadmap ensuring a smooth execution and timely completion. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication between team members
You will also assist in tracking project progress and resolving any issues that arise
Coordination of the Employee engagement survey (Peakon): conducting the survey, reporting on progress, analysing results and provide actionable insights and recommendations to HR leadership
Co-organising the HR quarterly meeting, Strategy Day and preparing and summarising the Group HR MT meeting, agree on topics and follow up with the Head of HR Strategy & Change
Contributing in developing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives aimed at improving the overall employee experience within the organisation. You collaborate with various departments to create a culture where employees feel valued, engaged, and inspired
Assisting in the development and implementation of change management strategies and communication plans to ensure smooth transitions
Working closely with different stakeholders to ensure that HR objectives are met and that employees are involved in the changes

Salary between €5,933 and €7,910 (based on 40 hours) depending on your knowledge and experience

Who you are
Requires a Master’s degree
Three to five years relevant experience in HR and/or HR project management
Strong project support skills, communicatively strong and with the ability to work with diverse groups of people
Knowledge of, or affinity with, change management (e.g., PROSCI methodology) is preferred
Able to work in a dynamic and international environment
Solid understanding of the wider HR work field (preferred)
Solid understanding of data and analytics
Fluent in English is required, Dutch preferred
Who you will work with
The HR Strategy & Change team consists of specialists on portfolio & projects, change & transformation, communication, employee experience, strategic workforce planning and sustainability. The team is responsible for building, managing, accelerating and monitoring our HR strategy.
The team works together closely with other HR Centers of Expertise (Learning & Talent Development, Talent Acquisition and Reward), HR shared services, the broader HR Community (both NL and International), and with a wide variety of other stakeholders within NN – such as Strategy, Corporate Relations and the various business units.
