What we offer you NN invests in an inclusive, inspiring work environment and in skills and competences for the future. We match this with employee benefits that are in line with what is needed today and in the future. This way, we offer our employees the opportunity to get the best out of themselves. We offer this job fully remote as a virtual assignment. As part of this role, you will have an employment contract under the local collective labour agreement (CLA) from one of the NN International countries participating in this workstream. This means you can apply for the job if you reside in the Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Spain, and Greece. Once we know from which country you will perform the job, we will be able to inform you better about the local employee benefits. If you think that your profile can fit with us and you like who we are, do not hesitate to sign in to our offers. We are waiting for you!

Strong hands-on experience with modern data platforms and lakehouse technologies (Databricks experience is a strong plus)

Experience designing and promoting reusable engineering practices and standards
Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
Comfortable influencing across teams and organizational boundaries
A continuous learning mindset and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge
Nice to have:
Active contributor to open-source projects, technical communities, blogs, podcasts, meetups, or conferences

We value teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning, and we actively encourage innovation and personal development.

This role offers a rare opportunity to influence the way data engineering is practiced across an international organization.
