You will assist in further shaping our IAM Enablement team while contributing to the daily operation and consultancy around complex IT systems. You have a passion for collaboration and customer service and aim to improve our enterprise grade identity and access management services.
What you are going to do
Together with your colleagues you will have knowledge on all our identity and access management systems and capabilities and try to have the company to adopt these services seamlessly and secure. You will be working in a brand-new team that will be the bridge between technology and the business.
You will collaborate with other Identity and Access management teams that are involved in maintaining a secure authentication landscape and developing systems that will enable self-serviceability for all our operations. As IAM enablement professional you will have an operational role in the services provided within our department, this is not only a reactive role, but also proactively streamlining processes, designing customer journeys and report and consultancy on all our services.
Participate in day-to-day operational end user support of our core services
Proactively drive adoption of our IAM services across the organization
Work with cross-functional teams, gathering requirements and providing technical assistance
Contribute to the development of automation scripts and tools to streamline processes
Be involved in projects to include thoughts about Identity and Access management from the get-go

Salary between €3,379 and €4,827 based on 40 hours depending on your knowledge and experience

Who you are
At least two years experience in an IT environment (preferably IAM/Security)
Positive, high-energy collaborator who motivates others and keeps momentum
Self‑starter who initiates improvements and spots opportunitie
Functional knowledge on Identity and Access management (Authentication/Authorization/SSO/MFA/RBAC/PAM/PIM)
Knowledge of building workflows or scripting
