We are looking for a medior OutSystems developer. As part of one of our SCRUM teams, you will work on the digitization of our business processes and our customer portal.
What you are going to do
As an OutSystems Developer, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary Agile team that innovates, maintains, and expands our digital application landscape. At Movir, you are not alone; outside your team, you will also receive support from fellow developers, including other OutSystems Professionals. Every two months, the OutSystems Developers Café is held to share knowledge in a playful way in the field of Software Development.
We work in 2-week sprints and use SAFe agile alongside SCRUM to align planning with other teams and the business on a quarterly basis. As Movir, we are constantly evolving and making significant strides in digitization. We are a flat organization with many opportunities for development.
Furthermore you will:
Deliver added value for our customers by digitizing and improving business processes with OutSystems
Show innovative ideas in the IP sprint, which takes place four times a year
Actively participate in our knowledge sessions to keep learning
Brainstorm with the Product Owner and the business to achieve the best possible result in the most effective way

Movir is a compact organization with 350 enthusiastic professionals that falls under NN Schade & Inkomen. When you step into our office, it feels like coming home. Whether you need a manager or a specialist, you can just walk up to anyone. Our Change & IT department consists of about 50 internal and external experts, divided into six teams. We all have our own specialization but always try to learn as much as possible from each other, so we are broadly deployable. In our cozy and open atmosphere, collaboration is intensive.
You mainly join forces with your scrum team. Even outside your team, you brainstorm a lot with the manager, other developers, testers, and Product Owners. We regularly discuss and celebrate our results with a drink.
