As a trainee, you’ll start with a gross monthly salary of €3,249 based on a 36-hour working week. In addition, you’ll receive holiday pay and a 13th month salary, both paid out monthly. As an NN employee, you’re covered by a collective labour agreement (CAO). You’ll also have an annual evaluation with your manager, which can lead to salary growth.
