Community impact update
In 2024, our colleagues collectively dedicated an impressive 42,409 hours to volunteer work. This equates to the contribution of five full-time employees working around the clock for an entire year, fully committed to supporting our communities.
At NN Group, we are committed to enhancing the well-being of individuals in the communities where we operate. Our latest publication, the 2024 Community Investment Overview, titled Supporting communities for a better tomorrow, outlines our efforts and the tangible impact we have achieved.
Below is a summary of key accomplishments from the past year:
- Progress toward supporting one million people by 2025
Since 2022, we have reached 765,784 individuals, bringing us significantly closer to our long-term goal.
- Well-being initiatives and impact in 2024
We introduced two new mental well-being programmes focused on the next generation, in collaboration with SOS Children’s Villages International, Save the Children International, and the Noaber Foundation. Combined with our ongoing initiatives, these efforts supported 364,904 people, helping them improve their financial, physical, and/or mental well-being.
- Disaster relief fund
In response to natural disasters, we launched a dedicated Disaster Relief Fund. Through this initiative, we were able to provide immediate assistance in eight emergency situations last year.
