Digital Communications Manager NN Group

What you are going to do

• Manage NN Group’s external digital communications platforms, including the corporate website, (parts of) the Dutch consumer website, NN Group's social media channels and press release distribution
• Oversee content planning, publishing, and performance, while ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with NN Group’s strategy
• Collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders to maintain consistency and relevance
• Proactively maintain (with technical support) the integrity of our digital platforms through your extensive knowledge and experience of CMS and associated platforms
• Ensure digital governance, accessibility, and compliance, while using data to continuously improve engagement and performance

You’ll be part of the Media Relations & External Communications team within NN Group’s Corporate Communications department, collaborating with colleagues across Internal Communications, Netherlands Communications, and business units.

Who you are

• A team player with at least 5 years of experience in digital communications, preferably within large, publicly listed companies
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
• Digitally fluent, with experience managing web, social, and analytics platforms
• Accurate, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Advisory mindset, comfortable working with colleagues at all levels
• Experience maintaining digital platforms is a must - experience working with a headless CMS is a distinct advantage
• Fluent in English (required); Dutch proficiency is a plus

Who you will work with

This role sits in the Media Relations & External Communications team of NN Group’s Corporate Communications department

• Corporate Communications (CoCo) consists of three teams: Internal Communications & Channels (IC&C), Media Relations & External Communications and Netherlands Communications
• Corporate Communications is responsible for all internal and external communications activities related to the brand and the company’s overall strategy
• The team has a strategic, advising role for the Management Board (MB), senior management and business units regarding reputation and image. The team advises, coordinates, implements and manages communication plans, activities and channels
• You will work closely with your colleagues in the department and colleagues in other staff functions and business units
