Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for workforce transformation? NN is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Strategic Workforce Planning to drive our workforce strategy into the future. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of workforce planning strategies, with initial focus on the impact of AI on the workforce. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess current workforce capabilities, identify future skill requirements, and develop strategies to address potential workforce challenges.
What you are going to do
Lead the development and implementation of workforce planning strategies that align with the organisation’s goals and objectives and business planning process
Execute complex programs across the organisation
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify emerging trends and potential risks related to workforce changes
Deploy and maintain workforce models to support decision-making and strategic planning
Provide guidance and recommendations on workforce development initiatives, including upskilling and reskilling programs

Salary between €7,635 and €10,907 (based on 40 hours) depending on your knowledge and experience

Who you are
You hold a Master’s degree and bring at least 10 years of experience at corporate level, in consultancy, or in senior roles across business functions
You have a proven track record in leading successful workforce planning strategies, ideally in an international setting
You thrive in complex environments, balancing priorities and engaging a wide range of stakeholders
You understand AI technologies and their implications for workforce dynamics
You’re a strong communicator and collaborator, able to connect across teams and disciplines
Who you will work with
You’ll join the newly formed Centre of Expertise for Strategic Workforce Planning, part of Strategy & Change within NN Group. This dynamic team works closely with HR and data experts to deliver SWP programs across NN’s business units. Within the ‘SWP squad’, you’ll be the subject matter expert, driving programs and shaping the future of workforce planning.
