Are you an experienced ServiceNow developer with a passion for building and supporting the ServiceNow platform, supporting other ServiceNow teams, and creating impactful custom applications? We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Medior ServiceNow Platform Engineer. This role will allow you to leverage your skills in ServiceNow and contribute significantly to our platform's success.
What you are going to do
As a Medior ServiceNow Platform Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with senior engineers and other teams to build, guide, and support customers in creating scoped applications and integrating new functionalities. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping our platform updated, secure, and helping customers navigate the ServiceNow platform. You are able to work independently on more complex work and you will be working on specific projects for customers throughout our international company. Furthermore you are an important person within the team to help the juniors figure out complex problems, and together with them you will work together on complex projects.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the Development and maintenance of custom applications within ServiceNow, this includes being able to do the intake, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, design, building, testing, releasing of the work.
- Ensure the architecture, data separation, and security of the platform, this includes knowing the different integration patterns and possibilities in servicenow, architectural choices to make and working according to best practices and out of the box practices.
- Design and implement workflows, notifications, and flow automation to enhance efficiency by automating manual repeating work on our team.
- At least 2 years experience with Creator Workflow and proven experience with integration hub and other integration protocols like Rest API, SOAP and Graph QL API
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure the application meets business needs.
- Support deployment through Source Control, update sets, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Assist in the lifecycle management of the platform, including upgrades and maintenance.

Who you are
- A ServiceNow enthusiast with 2-4 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- A strong communicator, capable of translating technical concepts into business value.
- Experienced with ServiceNow’s components like global scope, platform lifecycle management, and upgrade processes.
- Proficient in developing scoped applications and integrating new functionalities.
- A proactive team player who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams
