Process Excellence Specialist

What you are going to do

Your role will involve creating Process Mining solutions and dashboards for other teams to gain insights into customer processes and identify potential process optimizations. Additionally, you will support other teams in utilizing and maximizing their value with Process Mining solutions and dashboards. Together with your team, you will have a holistic view of customer and advisory processes for mortgages.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop Process Mining insights and dashboards for various teams to enable them to analyse customer processes and identify optimization opportunities. To achieve this, you will collaborate with colleagues from other teams to refine requirements, structure data, and build solutions in our process mining tooling Celonis
• Assist teams in utilizing and maximizing the benefits of Process Mining dashboards
• Assist teams in analysing their processes via the process mining custom dashboards
• Provide insights and recommendations on the high-level customer processes for mortgages

Who you are

You are results-oriented and have a passion to approach business processes in a data driven way using process mining tools. You are a team player and have strong communication and collaboration skills. Additionally, you should have:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a business process-related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in data-driven business process analysis and optimization
• Black Belt certification in process management
• Strong skills in understanding and analysing processes and process data
• Experience with designing and building dashboards to create process insights
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Proficiency in the Dutch language is a plus

We work in a hybrid model at NN. Teams meet at the office in Rotterdam 2 days a week and digitally on other days. Our offices are designed to provide suitable spaces for all types of work. The official location for this position is Rotterdam. You will work directly next to Rotterdam Central, above the Coffeecompany x Nationale-Nederlanden Café.
