Currently, we are looking for a senior HR Project Lead NL who will help us delivering on our ambitious change agenda. As we are accelerating the implementation of AI in our business, your main focus will be on Workforce Transformation. Furthermore you will act as ‘ the right hand’ of the Head of HR of NN NL. You will step in on a broad set of projects, working with the full community of HR professionals and colleagues in other domains in NN. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional, who is a trusted advisor to the Head of HR NL, a credible professional in the full breadth of the HR function and an expert on organisational design and transformation.
What are you going to do?
- You will play a key role in workforce transformation projects, delivering transformation plans managing the people impact of AI-driven digitalisation
- You will plan, supervise, and execute a variety of large HR projects with multiple stakeholders that span across all HR domains
- You will engage with various stakeholders, including HR experts of the HR Expertise Centers and HR colleagues in NN International, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
- You will act as a trusted advisor to the Head of HR NL, working closely with him and the HR Management Team of NL on a variety of topics

Who you are
- A masters degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or related field
- >8 years of relevant experience in HR (project) management within an international corporate organisation or a consultancy firm
- Strong understanding of the full HR function and HR best practices
- Deep understanding of one or more HR areas of expertise (OD, transformation)
- Strong project management and advisory skills
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with change management methodologies like PROSCI
- Fluent in English and Dutch (verbal and in writing)
Who you will work with
You will report to the Head of HR NL, participating in the HR Management Team of NL. Furthermore, you will work with a wide set of colleagues in HR, business and other Support Functions, across NL, International and the NN Group Support Office.
