Business Support Officer IAM (Freelance)

Do you have what it takes to boost our IAM rationalisation project within the NN Enterprise Engineering Technology department? Then this is the role for you! You will assist in finalizing the rationalisation of our legacy (Dutch) IAM model while contributing to the daily operation of our IAM platform. You have a passion for collaboration and IAM technology, and have hands-on experience working with enterprise grade identity and access management tooling.

What you are going to do

Together with your Identity and Access Management (project) colleagues you will strive for the rationalisation and decommissioning of our legacy IAM environment.

• Support business teams throughout the IAM role model rationalisation process
• Maintaining a clear and open communication stream with BU role owners; providing regular updates on their migration progress and milestones
• Support technical decommissioning of our legacy IAM tooling
• Validate and certify IAM best practices to ensure project compliance and security
• Participate in day-to-day operational end user support of our core IAM services

Who you are

• You have at least 3 years of experience with Identity and Access management
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authorisation, and access control
• Hands-on mentality, with a strong sense of ownership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and in Dutch
• Customer centric mindset, good problem solving and communication skills

Who you will work with

You will become a project member of the General Authorization Tooling for Enterprise (GATE) Team within the Access & Authentication domain of the Enterprise Engineering Technology department. The team Access & Authentication delivers all products that are relevant for our colleagues within NN Group to access their IT environments (internally hosted and in our cloud environments). Several products are part of this team. In the end the entire team is responsible for maintaining confidentiality and integrity levels for all identities and their assigned access, in a stable, secure and compliant environment.
