What you are going to do
In this key role, you will design and deliver impactful learning and leadership initiatives to empower colleagues during times of change. Your creative and attractive solutions will make learning at NN effective, inspiring, and fun. Collaborating with the Group L&D team and other disciplines, you help to create a strong learning and leadership development infrastructure to support colleagues' growth.
- You detect and translate overarching learning needs into impactful and engaging learning and leadership solutions, and up-/reskilling initiatives, in collaboration with colleagues, stakeholders and external vendors
- You optimise existing learning offering to ensure it stays relevant and engaging, and remains aligned with our broader people development agenda
- You help to introduce and embed the skills methodology within our organisation
- Where needed, you create pragmatic guidelines, policies and processes, to ensure consistency across the Group
- You help to further develop our Learning Management System (LMS – you preferably have Workday Learning experience) strategy and maintain cont(r)acts and relations with preferred L&D suppliers and learning platforms
- Lead diverse medium to large-scale Learning/Leadership development projects involving multiple stakeholders and countries
- Engage with HR leadership, Business Partners, and HR Directors to ensure project alignment and successful delivery

Who you are
You combine both content expertise and strong programme execution/management skills and enjoy bringing concepts to life for diverse target audiences. Your experience in designing and deploying (senior) leadership and learning development tracks, makes you a valuable sparring partner and advisor. Ideally, you have experience with/implemented skills methodology in a corporate environment. You are tech-savvy and curious, love to collaborate, and are able to design learning programmes that empower our workforce to leverage the impact of AI.
- You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, for example in corporate L&D and programme development, preferably with a Development/Educational Design L&D background, or you bring relevant consultancy experience
- You hold a relevant bachelor or master’s degree and have a customer-oriented mindset
- You enjoy working in a corporate head-office environment, with high-paced and international dynamic, and build relationships easily
- You are a self-starter, with a clear communication style (fluency in English required, Dutch is plus) and you thrive in effectively managing diverse stakeholder interests
- You have a curious (analytical) mind and are willing to constructively challenge the status quo or push back, while being able to get to practical, sustainable solutions and maintain collaboration and trust
- You are pragmatic without compromising quality, and know when and how to connect to other (HR) disciplines to create a better product
- You are fluent in English and preferably in Dutch
- You are flexible and adapt easily to changing requirements. You remain calm under pressure and maintain a high standard of quality, also in dynamic or demanding situations
Who you will work with
The Learning & Talent Development (LTD) team focuses on the continuous development of our people’s potential and performance. Together, we set frameworks, offer guidance tools and programmes for the entire organisation. Within LTD, we have the following disciplines: Talent Management, Learning, Leadership & Development, and our Traineeship. We work closely together with our different (HR and business) stakeholders, for whom we design and deliver impactful programmes and tools.
