Business & Transformation track

As a Business & Transformation trainee, you have endless opportunities to develop yourself and play an important role in the changes within our company. With your strong problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and proactive attitude, you contribute immediately during your traineeship. You are a driving force behind the improvement of our products, services, and initiatives, to care for what our customers and society truly value.

You get the chance to gain experience in different fields, including Data and AI, marketing and UX/CX, and project, change and operational management. Whether you choose to explore different areas or specialise in one area, the choice is yours! Moreover, your assignment can be in any part of the company, depending on your background and learning goals. So, the traineeship gives you the freedom to create your own path within NN!

Quinten Damy about the B&T Traineeship at NN Group

Quinten Damy, now in his second year of the Business & Transformation traineeship, shows how you shape meaningful change within a global organisation — from Brussels to The Hague. This is what your traineeship looks like

The entire traineeship has a duration of two years. In these two years you will have 3 rotations, meaning you will have the chance to work on three different assignments throughout NN Group. After the traineeship, you will find a fixed role in the company but don’t worry, we will still support you.

You are curious, are dared to step out of the comfort zone, and have the ambition to develop your personal leadership skills. One of your greatest talents is your analytical thinking ability, which helps you to maintain a critical view. And with your creative mind, you come up with smart solutions. This way, you strive for the best result. In addition, you recognise yourself in the following aspects:

You have obtained your Master's degree by September 1^st, for example in Business or Management studies, marketing or communication, entrepreneurship, data science or product design. Furthermore, you have a maximum of two years of work experience after your graduation date.
You are driven by learning and developing in your career, as well as personally.
You like to take initiative, have a strong sense of responsibility, and do not give up until you have achieved your goals.
You have strong communication skills that you want to use to inspire and motivate others.
You want to work for an internationally operating company.
You are fluent in Dutch and can communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.
