Your personal development is key!

During your traineeship, your personal development is key. Together with your fellow trainees from the same year, you participate in the Future Leaders programme. Here you learn how to effectively use your qualities and work on improving your development areas. In addition, you have regular coaching sessions with our trainee managers. Furthermore, you are paired with a senior leader as a mentor and you get a buddy from a trainee year above you. So, you get all the tools to develop quickly!  

In addition to the personal development program, as a trainee, you also receive substantive training that fits with your track. Our senior leaders and specialists learn you about the latest developments in your field and give you the skills to make a difference within NN.  

During your traineeship, you also get the opportunity to broaden your horizon by going abroad for one of your rotations. This not only offers you the opportunity to discover new cultures but also to expand your professional network and gain valuable experience within international teams.

What do we offer you?

  • Base salary of €3249,- gross (based on a 36-hour contract) and favourable secondary working conditions 
  • Thirteenth month and holiday allowance on top of your gross salary 
  • Development of your personal leadership skills in one of the leading insurance companies. 
  • Three job rotations, you'll have the possibility to see different departments of our organisation  
  • An intensive development programme focusing on personal development, including training weeks, individual coaching, mentoring and a buddy, as well as knowledge trainings 
  • Exposure to senior leaders through mentorship and events 
  • An international work environment and possibility to go abroad for one of your rotations 
  • A 2-year contract with the intention to convert it to a permanent contract after the Traineeship ends 
  • Time to contribute to society, for example by volunteering during working hours.
