Drive the execution of a set of strategic security improvements that were prompted by recent AI developments into a structured and executable approach across the organization. The Project Lead will focus on shaping, prioritizing, and operationalizing initiatives, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and steering the implementation.
What you are going to do
The projects vary from rolling out new technologies, enforcing standards, running assessments, and adjusting policies and governance where needed. We are looking for a project lead that can keep oversight across the different projects and steer some of the projects her/himself. This will be in close cooperation with various Group CISO product managers and with various engineering enabling departments in our Group IT services.
Translate strategic initiatives into concrete plans, including scope, sequencing, and dependencies
Support prioritization of initiatives based on impact and feasibility
Define a pragmatic execution approach across multiple business units
Identify gaps, risks and blockers in the currently defined security initiatives
Prepare decision-making materials for senior management
Steering on execution of the various projects with each their separate goal and assigned resources

Who you are
Experienced in leading strategic (IT) projects. Experience in the security and/or infra domain is beneficial
Comfortable in shaping of initiatives in early-stage or pre-decision contexts, operating in environments where not all information is fully available upfront and where topics may be strategically sensitive
Proactive and result-driven and ensure you meet agreements made
A good communicator and able to cooperate in every layer of the company
Conceptual thinker able to effectively implement necessary business change in a complex stakeholder landscape
Who you will work with
You will work closely with Group CISO product managers and various engineering and enabling departments within Group IT services. Together, you will drive multiple security-related projects, ranging from technology rollouts to policy and governance improvements, in a highly collaborative and international environment.
