What you are going to do
During your internship, you will be involved in project and change management, organizing events and meetings for our communities of professionals (guilds) and communicating about the guilds to the rest of the organization. You will be helping to further improve our concept of communities of professionals (guilds) and working with colleagues across NN. In addition, you will be involved in other strategic initiatives related to the way of working at NN.
The main tasks are:
Supporting guilds in communication, organizing events, workshops, trainings and other related challenges
Maintaining/improving the internal communication site for guilds and creating other communication materials (e.g. newsletters, articles, testimonials, etc.)
Project support – planning, organizing, meeting notes and creating presentations
Collaborating with other colleagues to further develop the concept of communities of professionals (guilds)

Who you are
You are in the final phase of your HBO or WO education in the direction of Business Administration, Communication, Psychology, HRM, or a similar background
You have an affinity with events, HR, Learning & Development, communication and/or marketing
You have strong communication skills, and are reliable, proactive, independent, hands-on, and very good in organizing
You are proficient in English
You are available for 32 hours, 4 days per week
You are available to start your internship from February/ March 2026
Who you will work with
You will be working with the small and cozy HR team and in addition, you will also have a lot of contact with other colleagues such as guild leads, members of the project team, other HR or communication colleagues, and managers from various departments of NN.
