You have a strong grasp of both regular and contingent talent acquisition and make a significant impact by recruiting the best Tech & Data candidates for NN. All candidates experience an optimal candidate journey.

What you are going to do

Here is what will make your heart beat faster: the wide spectrum of Tech & Data candidates and developing the best talent acquisition strategy to attract them to NN. You ensure that you learn everything about the business and target groups, making you the ideal sparring partner for our business and HR Business Partners. You translate your strategy into clear content, together with the stakeholders, and ensure a smooth recruitment and selection process. This way, you manage the entire end-to-end recruitment process, where candidates are enthusiastic about every step within it.

• Salary between €4,092 and €5,846 depending on your knowledge and experience. This is based on a 36-hour workweek

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience as a Tech & Data TA Specialist within a similar organization
• A positive and result-oriented mindset
• True team spirit, where you continuously improve your approach with your colleagues and together look at how you can best serve the organization
• A pragmatic approach that fits our mindset: you take initiative, feel responsible, and think in solutions
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written

Who you will work with

You will join our Talent Acquisition team, where we work in two client teams. Each client team works with specific target groups. This way, we work very practically and efficiently, ensuring that recruiters develop thorough market knowledge and can be of added value to the managers. Your work is varied, from liaising with the business and candidates to smoothly handling all communication around talent acquisition.
