This is an exciting time at NN Group, as we have launched our new and ambitious brand positioning and strategy called ‘supporter of change’, which we are currently finetuning and expanding towards marketing and other areas within NN. The role of internal branding expert at NN Group involves promoting our mission, objectives, purpose, culture, products and services, and brand to the (brand) marketing & communications community and other (relevant) employees. In this role are responsible for developing and executing an effective internal branding strategy and communication for our 11 (inter)national business units and, in particular, our Dutch Nationale-Nederlanden marketing organisation. You make sure that we communicate our purpose, core values and marketing activities in line with our brand strategy and promise. You activate this across all aspects of company life and educate and involve employees at every step of the internal branding process to instil shared ownership and inspire passionate advocacy.
