Venture Exploration: Actively participate in the exploration of new business opportunities, working closely with our Product & UX Designer and Head of Tech to identify viable markets and customer needs
Customer Discovery: Utilize Design Thinking and Lean Startup methodologies to validate problem-solution fits, ensuring our ventures resonate with customer needs
Project Management: Coordinate and manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met and ventures progress from ideation to Seed stage effectively
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between potential customers, team members, and external stakeholders to refine our venture strategies
Foundational Team Development: Help identify and collaborate with experienced entrepreneurs to establish founding teams for new ventures
Share & build knowledge across NN: As a research ambassador, you will play an active role in the NN Research Guild to advance professional maturity within NN

You will be working directly under the Head of Venture Exploration & Development, collaborating closely with our Product & UX Designer and Head of Tech. Our team is committed to fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the venture studio landscape.
Beyond the team, you will be part of the NN Research Guild. Here we discuss our profession from all customer researchers of the company and ensure that we continue to learn and develop together. We meet regularly for knowledge sharing and inspiration sessions.
