As Team Manager DEX, you will lead a team of driven professionals at the intersection of technology and business processes. You are the driving force behind the implementation of our digital strategy and ensure a culture where collaboration and continuous improvement are the norm. This is not an everyday management role; you contribute to a greater purpose by transforming our organization with the help of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform and other solutions. You inspire, motivate, build, and coach your team to push the boundaries of Digital Employee eXperience and innovation.
In this strategic and influential role, you will:
Support the expansion of our learning strategies, using modern tools such as LMS, microlearning, AI, and gamification
Promote sustainable and collaborative relationships with stakeholders through open communication and data-driven insights
Position the Power Platform within the organization as a proven low-code tool for operational excellence
Develop a strategy based on data to identify and improve employee productivity
Optimize the team's way of working in an agile manner and ensure effective collaboration
